Etienne Dupont, Managing Director IMC Consult. The first 20 years of Etienne’s business career he worked for two American companies. He started as a process operator with DuPont de Nemours chemical industries in Dordrecht. After three years he joined the Mechanical Equipment Department of Fluor Corporation, engineering chemical and petrochemical plants in Holland, Belgium as well as in Middle Eastern countries.

In 1980 Etienne applied succesfully for a career with the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA), an operational unit of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Starting as an information manager he developed into a direct marketing and database specialist working for the Office for Europe covering inward foreign business investments from the Scandinavian countries, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

In 2005 Etienne started his own company IMC Consult, short for Information, Marketing and Communication which covers his expertise offered to various organisations, such as BOM Holding B.V., N.V. Industriebank LIOF, Rotterdam Investment Agency, the Province of North-Barbant, Arcusplus and the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Dupont Lillquist, LLC & DL Europe

(both companies, Dupont Lillquist, LLC & DL Europe, ceased to exist in 2016)

Etienne Dupont and his American friend Robert Lillquist founded Dupont Lillquist, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona - U.S.A. back in 2013 and at the same time Etienne started DL-Europe, the European headqaurter of Dupont Lillquist, LLC in order to have a foothold in Europe to accomodate European based business investors with E-2 Treaty Investments & Consulting for their future investments in the United Sates of America.

Both Dupont Lillquist, LLC in the US and DL-Europe in the Netherlands discontinued their activities in May 2016, as a result of the sad death of R.M. Lillquist.
